Goin' Back to Cali

So we've been on the road since noon.  As is usually the case, we never leave at the time we originally plan and with a toddler who popped up with an ear infection yesterday afternoon.  While driving has not been a cakewalk for him (or us for that matter) it's still got to be better than an airplane with an ear ache.  The bonus is that the views out the window are beautiful!
